The Indian Ocean Export Company have an innovative and comprehensive web app that allowed customers to manage and track orders and consignments. IOEC needed help to move that functionality into a mobile app format.

 

Maintaining Functionality on Mobile
One of the main challenges was to translate functionality specific to web app and a larger format to a mobile app. Developing a visual language that we could use across the app was important from the beginning.

Device Insights is a product by a Swedish based startup, Marakanda, looking to use machine learning prediction models to inform marketing and business development specifically in the Telco industry.

 

Real-World Data Visualisation
Part of the challenge was visualising complex data for Telco executives to understand market dynamics in real-time. Finding simple and engaging ways to display churn and market share for carriers as well manufacturers.

Adaptive Layouts
Various models of layouts were used to be able to drill down, filter and adjust data based on input and specific user KPI’s.
